Picked before the heatwave, unrushed and having enjoyed a perfect growing season, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful bouquet of orange blossoms, citrus rind and honey. It is long and nuanced, unfolding on the palate with hints of apricot and peaches, supported by a lovely flinty backbone.
