Varietals: Corvina, Merlot, Cabernet and Raboso
Sometimes you just feel like doing what you want.
Doc and Docg wines are our focus and our mission, but here we can indulge ourselves with some fantasy, out of the usual paths, looking for a specific and more original expression of our terroir.
Red grapes from our estates are picked, pressed and fermented. Then we use oak 25 hl barrels for ageing.
The result? Bold red fruits bouquet, hints of spices and floral nuances and a harmonious taste. Easy to drink and perfect for pairing with food (especially red meats).
You will feel like pouring some more.
