Winemaker Notes: 
Mirabello Prosecco is light and delicate with citrus notes. The palate is dry, soft and creamy with hints of apple and peach on the nose. At only 11.5% alcohol, this makes for a wonderful wine to serve with brunch or drink in the garden and at this price we have never tasted a Prosecco to rival this in terms of its quality-price-ratio and this means people always enjoy a second glass…or third which makes for a delightful, aromatic, crisp and delicate sparkling wine.
