Winemaker Notes
Meritage – the art of a good Bordeaux style blend. The goal is to build a wine with silky texture, complexity, and robust structure. Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot as its textural base; dollops of Malbec & Cabernet Franc add complexity and a seamless finish. Some French oak adds the final touch.
Color: Deep ruby.
Aroma: Ripe blueberry, red plum, earth, hints of oak.
Flavors: Blackberry, bramble, plush tannins, good body with ample acidity.

Grilled pork chops, hearty cheeseburger, hard cheeses.
