Most of the coupage is White Grenache but approximately 10% comes from varieties such as Viura and Airen. The grapes are grown Mainly in Tarragona (DO Terra Alta and DO Montsant) and also from the Penedes (Barcelona) area and La Mancha (Castilla La Mancha).
We could highlight the following botanicals: vanilla, orange peal, anise, cardamom, nutmeg, laurel, oregano, fennel, sage. The barrels use 20% American oak barrels and 80% French oak barrels. We like to use them of approximately 15 years old. Medium roast.
