94 Points Tasting Panel

The Grave region is named for its gravelly soils, and this mineral-stony based white possesses spark and gleams with white-peppered peach. Lime zest and kiwi are subtle and graceful. Its crisp and lengthy finish offers a crème fraiche tonality.

Winemaker Notes

Bright, clean, and refreshing are the defining qualities of this wine. Delicate notes of acacia flowers, florals, white peach, and lemons are brought to life by the wine’s crisp acidity, making it a crowd-pleaser for special occasions or any night of the week. Individual lots of hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed to minimize any color or harsh tannin extraction, then racked to stainless steel tanks for cold fermentation. This wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, so it retains its bright flavors and crisp acidity.

Food Pairings

Perfect as an apéritif as well as paired with many types of cuisine. Our favorite pairings include bruschetta with smoked salmon, seafood salad, pan-seared scallops, oysters on the half shell, or seafood pasta entrées.
