The NV Blanc de Noir Pinot Noir from El Peral and Gualtallary in the Uco Valley was aged up to 36 months with fine lees. A vibrant cherry hue. The nose offers herb and sour cherry notes accompanied by baked pastry, ginger, and licorice. The ethereal palate has a refreshing acidity and silky structure thanks to the altitude. A crisp, vibrant sparkling wine with a long-lasting presence.
