Winemaker Notes
The village of Mercurey in Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise produces mostly red wine from the Pinot Noir grape. This mid-weight wine has a lovely soft fruity character. A hue of ripe cherry, firm, elegant and racy wine gives off raspberry, strawberry and spice aromas. It would go very well with lighter meats and even many fish dishes.
