A medium-dry and elegant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that shows upfront lime on the nose with subtle undertones of strawberry. The gentle finish lingers forever. Enjoy with fresh oysters, smoked salmon salad or deep-fried camembert cheese. A crisp off dry wine with upfront fresh floral flavours and a soft and fruity finish. The Chardonnay contributes elegance and crisp acidity whilst the Pinot Noir brings intensity in flavours. An off dry wine.
