Winemakers Notes
On the nose, the wine reveals aromas of peach and apricot, honey and brioche bread. On the palate the wine is round, fresh, dry and generous, with a slightly bitter finish and notes of white flowers.
 
Taparas is a lovely blend of Grenache blanc (50%), Viognier (25%) and Roussanne (25%), from a terroir on compact, hard sedimentary rock, where pebbles are mixed in a natural cement. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel vats, as naturally as possible, without any additives. A slight addition of SO2 is made only at bottling.
