This is beautiful Pinot Noir made by Ken Bernards (Ancien Winery). Elevage is the cellaring, aging and finishing of a wine. This wine is comprised of selected barrels chosen for their unique synergies. This one is a richer style for a Pinot Noir with tons of roasty raspberry flavors and dark cocoa. Bright and fruit forward with hints of raspberry. Delicious with light or dark meats.
