Blend: 100% Pinot Noir
 
Drawn from the high elevations of Janine and Teddy Crochet’s Pinot Noir vines in the village of Bué. That’s a perfect recipe for delicious Sancerre Rosé.  Salmon-pink in color to the brim. The nose is pretty, featuring aromas of roses and cherry fruits. Slightly more acid, this year the wine as always has terrific fruit, juicy citrus and berries which lead to a racy, high-toned finish that screams for a pairing with some good food.
