Grown in the Tufo village area, an area that is a perfect terroir.  The name Tufo comes from “tuff” of the soft volcanic rock – from the ash of the volcano Vesuvius, this soil imparts a special minerality. Combining the vineyards planted on the slopes of the mountains and achieving sufficient altitude for the acidity of the wine, and the Mediterranean climate of long and warm growing season of southern Italy, which also provide special growing conditions.

Vinification in steel, sur lie refinement for 6 months, further refinement in the bottle for 12 months
Straw yellow color. Refined aroma. Medium body, medium acidity, pronounced mineral finish. White grapefruit and lemon flavors. Aromatic richness with a refined structure
