Winemaker Notes
A blend of 90% Central Coast and 10% Sonoma Chardonnay, this is a medium-bodied dry white. Fermented and aged in both stainless steel, and used oak, this has lovely texture, yet retains good acidity. Aromas of stone fruits and citrus, pair with poached fish in a dill garlic butter.
