Winemaker Notes
Freshly squeezed lime juice, green apple and crushed stone. A very creamy, flavorful palate, filled with fine lees and sliced apples. Intense with a medium body, but still zesty and elegant.
 
100% Godello; alcohol: 13%; 100% estate vineyards on the Miño River west of Ourense, D.O. Ribeiro; 35 year old vines planted in stony clay soils with smooth stones and loamy sand near the riverbank; hand harvested into small crates; fermented in 5000 liter stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 59 – 64ºF, aged 3 months on fine lees; vegan friendly.
