Winemaker Notes
Our Alto Adige Pinot Grigio is hand harvested from vineyards at the foot of the mountains in the famous most northern Italian region of Alto Adige.  Grapes ripen to maximum maturity producing a robust and complex Pinot Grigio. Our Pinot Grigio opens with aromas of citrus and flowers with juicy flavors of ripe apples and lychee on the palate.  Bright acidity balanced with minerality creates a rich, clean finish. Our Alto Adige Pinot Grigio has a DOC designation, Italy’s highest classification for quality, since 1975.
 
Food Pairing
This Pinot Grigio pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, chicken and pasta.  Its crisp, balanced acidity also partners well with heavy sauces and strong flavors
